How is this priced?

Custom quote, billed annually. It covers migration, all your sites, training, support, and email volumes — one agreement, no per-seat math. Tell us about your setup below and we’ll come back with numbers.

Will our sites go down during migration?

No. Every current site stays live while we rebuild it in the Assistant Bot AI system. We only switch each address over when you approve the replacement.

Do you offer single sign-on (SSO)?

Not yet — team access is managed through built-in access levels with one-click removal. SSO is on our roadmap; talk to us about your requirements and timeline and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Can non-technical staff really run this?

Yes — that’s the whole product, and training is included. If they can text, they can update a site. A 75-year-old business owner runs his entire website himself; your comms team will be fine.

What email volumes can we send?

Beyond the standard 1,000 sends a month — sized to your audience in your quote. Newsletters, announcements, and automatic follow-ups included.
