We’re super happy to announce the launch of Assistant Bot – our agentic AI bot that is laser focused on managing tasks for you and your team!
As we all know, trying to get everyone to install an app, sign up for an account and frequently log into a system just to view/update status of tasks is extremely cumbersome. There’s just too many steps involved leading to a high drop off rate.
On the other hand, everyone is constantly on WhatsApp communicating with colleagues, friends and family. It’s the app that they’re always logged into and always looking at. With the rise of agentic AI that’s capable of understanding user intent and performing tasks on their behalf, it became a no-brainer for us to launch Assistant Bot.
To walk the talk, we’ve launched it first on WhatsApp! with a simple task management UI provided free of charge. But! We don’t think you’ll ever need our UI because the bot is fully capable of creating projects and tasks, assigning them and updating their status all from within WhatsApp.
